Snow Mountain Farms Improvement Association, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting August 14, 2004 Meeting called to order at 3:45 p.m. by President Ron Wencil Present:  President Ron Wencil, Secretary John Leonard, Treasurer Jim Maloney, Directors Jim Corning, Ed Kassmel, Neil Harvey, and Laurel Cashman. Discussion on future projects: -    Tennis court repair in the spring. -    Paint party for the clubhouse exterior in the fall of 2005. -    Rusty Gower will look at the heating & air system to get more fresh air into the pool area. -    Replace window or windows in the pool area. -    New pool hours 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Next order of business was the election of officers.  The board of directors elected Ron Wencil for President, John Leonard for Secretary, Jim Corning for Treasurer, and Neal Harvey for Vice President.  Ed Kassmel and Dirk Cionci were chosen to handle the picnic details. The Board of Directors approved the building applications for the flowing lots: -    B-6 -    H-45 & H-46 -    I-11     Meeting adjourned at 4 p.m. John Leonard Secretary
