Special Clubhouse and Recreational Use
Based on the requests for clubhouse use for pool parties and outside recreational areas we  have a Clubhouse Use Request Form. This form is to be used for any planned parties (other than normal family gatherings) and only approved for use during regular operating hours. Any special use must be approved by the Snow Mountain Farms Property Management office and or Board of Directors. Snow Mountain Farms owners will take precedence when requesting use. This request form will help us with conflicting use and allow us to know when larger groups will be using the Clubhouse and outside facilities. Forms can be obtained at the FORMS LINK or by contacting the Property Management Office. It is the responsibility of the requestor to maintain safety in the building and Pool area. In addition, all clean-up must be done or be billed.

Tennis Courts
Tennis Courts are first come first serve. Please limit your usage to one hour if others are waiting.. A few items to remember: No skateboards, bikes, inline skates or roller skates are allowed on any of the tennis courts; this will cause damage to the surface and result in costly repairs. The tennis courts are reserved for owners and guests only.

PLEASE POST THESE IN YOUR SNOW MOUNTAIN FARMS HOME AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GUESTS AND RENTERS ARE AWARE OF THESE REGULATIONS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN FINES AND/OR YOUR ACCESS USE PRIVILEGES REVOKED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.
