ACCESS CARD
· SECURITY MAGNETIC STRIPED access card for the CLUBHOUSE has been assigned to you as a member in SNOW MOUNTAIN FARMS ASSOCIATION. All access cards have been assigned a number associated with your Name and Lot Number. It is your responsibility to control the use of this card to your guests. The security system monitors and tracks all access to the CLUBHOUSE. The Security Company, Board of Directors and the local law enforcement will have available the data to investigate any Clubhouse violations based on dates and time. It is recommended you do not let unknown guests in with your card while at the Clubhouse. Everyone should have their own access card if they are a paid member of Snow Mountain Farms Association.
· The card will not be replaced each year. Handle the card with care much like a standard credit card and ATM card. Replacement cards are available for $25.00. (Old card number will be de-activated).

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
· All access cards with current years assessments paid in full prior to June 1st of each year will not have any disruption of service. Those individuals not paying the assessment payment as stated will have their card access canceled. A security late fee of $10.00 will be added to the assessment payment if you have not paid by 6/1 of each year to re-activate your card key.

MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
· As a property owner and member of Snow Mountain Farms Association it is your responsibility to assist the Board of Directors in the management of our shared facilities, the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and Recreational area. If you see any instances of wrong doing, speak up and say something to the individuals or a least report it to a board member.
·  Be sure all doors are secure and lights out when you leave the Clubhouse.

POOL HOURS
 POOL HOURS ARE 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK

· 7:00 AM  Access to building opened via card reader
· 9:00 PM Access to building closed via card reader
· 10:00 PM Audible announcement pool closed, followed by alarm

If anyone remains in the Clubhouse after the 10:00 PM, the alarm will be activated and the Police and Alarm Company will respond. The access card will not operate before or after these times.
